The Associate Director of Financial Aid supports the Director in managing the day-to-day operations of the financial aid office. This role oversees staff, ensures compliance with regulations, and develops strategies to enhance student service, retention, and funding opportunities. The Associate Director serves as a key leader in promoting a student-focused, compliant, and efficient financial aid process.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible financial aid experience
