This role oversees staff, ensures compliance with regulations, and develops strategies to enhance student service, retention, and funding opportunities. The Associate Director serves as a key leader in promoting a student-focused, compliant, and efficient financial aid process.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible financial aid experience
