The Change of Enrollment (COE) Financial Aid File Administrator is to work in tandem with the COE Financial Aid Student Advisor to complete COE calculations, packaging of Financial Aid funds, and file verification in a timely fashion for students that are changing their degree program and/or reentering back into Full Sail University.

This position works from campus in Winter Park, FL.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Works daily with the COE Financial Aid Student Advisor to process and calculate change of enrollment and reentry requests
  • Use Microsoft Excel to perform calculations
  • Creates new Enrollment Documents based on program request
  • Ensures all aid is secured and packaged correctly
  • Turn in files for internal audit review
  • Packages all federal aid, scholarships, and cash lines for students funding plan as appropriate.
  • Sets up all Academic Year budgets for students based on the COE Calculations
  • Review and work various reports daily/weekly/monthly
  • Performs other duties as needed and as systems/policies change

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's degree plus two years of experience in a customer service position, or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Must be in good standing in all Federal Title IV programs and remain current with federal, state, and institutional financial aid regulations

Computer/Equipment Skills

  • Proficiency using software programs such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Salesforce, Campus Vue, or Financial Aid websites preferred (but not required)

Environmental Factors/Physical Demands

Work is performed in an office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to have the ability to maintain active customer and employee communication; access, input and retrieve information from the computer system; and enter alpha-numeric data into a computerized system often. May be subject to bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping and lifting up to thirty (30) pounds.

This position requires sitting for long periods of time at a workstation and computer. Must be able to maintain a flexible schedule and work a 40 hour work week that may include some overtime, nights, and weekends.
