Provide exceptional customer service to students seeking assistance with financial aid and student loans.

Educate students on various financial aid options and assist them in completing necessary applications and forms.

Conduct thorough reviews of financial aid documents and determine eligibility for various types of aid.

Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement strategies to increase student retention and success.

Maintain accurate and organized records of student financial information and transactions.

Serve as a liaison between students and external financial aid agencies and organizations.

Stay up-to-date on all federal and state regulations and policies related to financial aid and student loans.

Analyze and resolve complex financial aid issues and discrepancies.

Provide guidance and support to students in understanding their financial aid packages and loan repayment options.

Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services to students.

Assist in the planning and execution of financial aid workshops and events for students.

Collaborate with other departments, such as admissions and academic advising, to ensure a seamless experience for students.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all ethical standards when handling sensitive student information.

Participate in professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills related to financial aid and student services.
