At Oneday, we're building one of the fastest-growing MBA programs in the US, in partnership with William Jewell College.

Our students aren't typical MBA students. They're founders and operators building real businesses. Each one is paired 1:1 with a 7-figure entrepreneur mentor who has built a business in their space.

You'd be employed by William Jewell as part of its Student Financial Services team, working on-site in Liberty, MO. You'd be supporting our students: helping them navigate FAFSA, loans, grants and scholarships.

What you'll do:

→ Be the go-to person helping our students navigate FAFSA, loans, grants and scholarships

→ Process and package aid, and get the compliance right every time

→ Run financial literacy sessions on budgeting, debt and repayment

→ Work directly with the Oneday and William Jewell teams on data and KPIs

You'll thrive if you:

→ Know federal and state aid rules inside out (3 to 5 years' experience is ideal)

→ Actually enjoy talking to students and advocating for them

→ Like a fast-paced, high-growth environment more than a sleepy back office

→ Bonus: you speak more than one language
