Private beauty school looking for a well organized, well spoken and detail oriented candidate to join our team. We are seeking an experienced Financial Aid administrator for busy office .

Summary of job duties

Ensuring that all student files are audited and packaged in timely manner, according to Federal Student Aid regulations, as well as other guidelines from our accreditation body and state licensing regulatory body.

Daily responsibilities

• Financial aid planning for all new enrollments including completing verifications, grant and loan estimations, entrance and exit counseling.
• Financial aid packaging and repackaging
• Tuition invoicing & accounts receivables.
• Compliance audits and aiding in the annual federal audit processes
• Weekly banking and preparation of financial reports
• Default Management Prevention

Minimum Education Requirements

College Degree Preferred

Skills Required

• Experience with Title IV Student Financial Aid & clock hour programs
• Ability to meet deadlines and goals
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Team-player, attentive to detail, responsible and a willingness to learn and grow
• Proficient with computers including Microsoft office suite'

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
