Develop and implement strategic plans and policies for student financial aid and support services in alignment with the mission and values of the Lewis Katz School of Medicine.

Oversee and manage all aspects of student financial aid, including scholarships, grants, and loans, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Provide guidance and assistance to students in navigating the financial aid process, including advising on available resources and options for funding their education.

Collaborate with various departments, including admissions, academic affairs, and student services, to enhance the overall student experience and ensure seamless integration of financial aid and support services.

Lead a team of financial aid professionals, providing direction, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective operation of the financial aid office.

Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations and agencies to secure additional funding opportunities for students.

Stay up-to-date with changes in financial aid policies and regulations, and communicate these changes to relevant stakeholders.

Monitor and analyze financial aid data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to senior leadership.

Promote diversity and inclusion within the student body by advocating for equal access to financial aid and support services for all students.

Represent the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University in professional organizations and conferences related to student financial aid and support services.
