The Dooby Shop School of Cosmetology is dedicated to empowering future beauty professionals through comprehensive training and education. We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Intake & Admissions Director to join our team and lead our admissions process.

Position Overview

As the Intake & Admissions Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the admissions process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for prospective students. You will play a key role in promoting our programs, engaging with potential students, and driving enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the admissions team to achieve enrollment goals.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract prospective students.
• Conduct interviews and assessments for prospective students.
• Maintain relationships with high schools, community organizations, and industry partners to promote our programs.
• Coordinate campus tours and open house events.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and school policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to prospective students throughout the admissions process.
• Flexible schedule and available to work at school office 3 days per week minimum

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in admissions, recruitment, or a related role, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of cosmetology programs and industry trends is a plus.
