Executive Director of Financial Aid

A company is looking for an Executive Director of Financial Aid. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for Financial Aid functions Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations related to financial aid Collaborate across campus to enhance student financial literacy and support student success initiatives Required Qualifications Master's Degree in accounting, business, information systems, or a related field At least seven years of leadership experience in a financial aid office at a post-secondary institution Strong knowledge of Title IV Federal Financial Aid rules and regulations Experience with financial aid operations management and team leadership Ability to work with diverse staff and student populations
