Financial Aid Advisor

A company is looking for a Financial Aid Advisor who will serve as the primary contact for students and staff regarding financial aid processes.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and guidance through the financial aid process

Accurately document student interactions and maintain financial aid records

Participate in team meetings and contribute to departmental initiatives

Required Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field

1-3 years of relevant customer service and/or financial aid experience

Experience in a service-oriented call center preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel

General knowledge of the higher education industry preferred
