Shift timings: 6 Am to 3 Pm
Job Description
- Assist with reviewing scholarship applications, selection process, awarding of scholarships, and award notifications in scholarship management system, supporting all ten Maricopa Community Colleges.
- Verify enrollment status, academic standing and other eligibility requirements in Student Information System. Assist with ensuring accurate award data provided on award logs for all 10 colleges and may assist with confirming award disbursements.
- Assist with outreach to students and other clerical duties as assigned.
