Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Aid Officer located in Bloomfield, NJ. The Financial Aid Officer will be responsible for assisting students with the financial aid application process, including Title IV administration. Their day-to-day tasks will involve providing exemplary customer service, advising students and families on financial aid options, and ensuring compliance with federal and institutional financial aid policies. The role requires meticulous record-keeping, tracking financial aid disbursements, and handling sensitive financial information.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Title IV and Student Financial Aid
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Finance
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in higher education administration is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Finance, or a related field preferred
