Financial Aid Support Specialist Role

The Senior Office Assistant or Associate will provide first-line customer service support to students and visitors in the Financial Aid department.

  • Provide assistance with financial aid applications, eligibility, and award processes, answering questions related to student needs.
  • Collaborate with staff across departments to ensure seamless support for students when needed.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing financial aid communications, including emails, flyers, and brochures to promote awareness and understanding.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential student financial aid records in compliance with regulations.

This role demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
