• Assists students in completing the FASFA and applying for financial aid.
• Provides the cost of attendance and explains funding options to student.
• Eases the process of required documentation by providing it to the student.
• Assists the Director of Financial Aid in awarding aid, the verification process, and loan certification.
• Assists students with applying for private student loans.
• Continuously improves and advances financial aid processes.
• Provides entrance and exit counseling for financial aid applicants and recipients.
• Maintains an advanced knowledge of regulatory guidelines.
• Ensures excellent customer service at all times.
