Role Description

We are seeking a Head, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Treasury to lead enterprise‑wide financial planning, performance management, capital structure, and liquidity strategy. This executive role is responsible for driving financial insight, optimizing cash flow, managing banking and financing relationships, and supporting strategic decision‑making across the organization.

The Head, FP&A & Treasury reports directly to the Group CFO and serves and executive leadership team, providing forward‑looking analysis, disciplined capital allocation, and robust financial governance. This role is based in St. Lucie County, FLA and oversees FP&A, treasury, and select corporate finance functions.

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Lead enterprise‑wide budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range strategic planning processes.
  • Develop and maintain financial models supporting business planning, capital investments, M&A, and scenario analysis.
  • Deliver insightful monthly management reporting, dashboards, and KPIs to support operational and executive decision‑making.
  • Analyze profitability by product line, contract, customer, and geography, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Partner with business leaders to evaluate performance against strategic objectives and drive accountability.

Treasury & Capital Management

  • Oversee global cash management, liquidity forecasting, and working capital optimization.
  • Lead debt management, covenant compliance, and capital structure optimization.
  • Establish and maintain treasury policies, controls, and risk management practices, including FX and interest rate exposure.
  • Support financing activities, refinancing initiatives, and interactions with lenders and financial institutions.

Strategic & Executive Leadership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO and the SVPexecutive team on financial strategy, capital allocation, and risk management.
  • Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence, valuation, integration planning, and post‑transaction performance tracking.

· Serve as the FP&A lead for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments, working closely with the CFO, executive leadership, external advisors, and legal counsel.

· Develop and own transaction financial models, including purchase price, sources & uses, pro forma financials, accretion/dilution analysis, IRR/NPV, and scenario sensitivity analysis.

  • Collaborate closely with accounting, operations, tax, and legal teams to ensure alignment between strategy, reporting, and execution.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the FP&A and treasury team, fostering analytical rigor and business partnership.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, planning tools, and data integrity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, treasury, or investment banking, including leadership at a senior level.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, capital markets, and treasury operations.
  • Experience in manufacturing, defense, or complex multi‑entity environments is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and translate complex financial data into clear strategic insights.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g., MS Dynamics, MS Office).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
