Director of Financial Aid & Scholarships

The University of Virginia’s College at Wise, in partnership with Scott Healy & Associates, invites applications and nominations for the position of Director of Financial Aid & Scholarships. Located in Wise, Virginia, this is an in-person, on-campus role within the Enrollment Management Team.

The Director reports to the Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management and oversees all departmental operations, including management of federal, state, and institutional aid funds, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.

UVA Wise has experienced positive enrollment trends and boasts a strong endowment of $165 million as of June 2024, with over 70% restricted for scholarships. The institution has seen increasing application numbers in recent years.
