Job Summary

The Financial Aid Administrator III manages all aspects of aid processing for Professional Programs, including Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy, and Aviation Technology Flight. This role provides backup support to the Online Program Administrator and joins the Division of Financial Aid counseling team-delivering personalized assistance to students and families through phone, email, and in-person.

What We Are Looking For

Education and Experience

Qualified candidates will need

  • B.A./B.S. in business, accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Minimum four (4) years of professional experience in an administrative setting.

Skills needed

  • Interpersonal communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively orally and through email with a broad group of students, parents, and colleagues
  • Strong technological skillset (familiarity with software and Microsoft Suite)
  • Attention to detail, Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

What is helpful

  • Higher education experience is preferred.
