California Licensed Director of Financial Aid

A company is looking for a Director of Financial Aid (Online / Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of the Campus level Financial Aid team

Direct the financial aid processes and procedures for the Campus level Financial Aid staff

Conduct meetings with staff to ensure progress towards Financial Aid goals and quality of work

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

3-5 years of experience managing Financial Aid

2 years of prior work experience in financial aid, collections, and lending

Registrar experience / exposure preferred

Preferred management work experience in a school environment
