Director of Undergraduate Financial Aid

As the Yale University Director of Undergraduate Financial Aid, you will be responsible for managing the financial aid process for all undergraduate students at the University. You will provide leadership, direction, and strategic vision for undergraduate financial aid staff and procedures, ensuring an efficient and equitable process for all.You must bring a combination of both technical and interpersonal skills to this role. You must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field, a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial aid administration, and a thorough knowledge of the principles and practices of financial aid. In addition, you must possess excellent organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills. You should also be able to think strategically and remain flexible in a constantly changing environment.We are looking for a candidate who will bring enthusiasm and energy to this role and be able to work collaboratively with all university stakeholders.
