The Enrollment Guide – Promise Program provides support to current and prospective students in areas such as Admissions, Financial Aid, Registration, and CTE program questions through various media platforms.

• Effectively communicate with students to determine their needs and provide holistic responses regarding enrollment processes.
• Work directly with students' other departments through different media platforms to answer questions regarding Financial Aid, Registration, CTE Programs,
• Access and update student files including contact information placement status change of major student file application status
