Minimum Professional Requirements

1. Must possess working knowledge of Federal Title IV program;

2. At least two years of work experience as School Financial Aid Director in an educational institution;

3. Experience working with student financial aid;

4. Experience working with automated student records system;

5. An associate degree (bachelor's degree or higher preferred); and

6. Ability to work effectively with a diverse population of students, faculty, and staff.
