- 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives in high-level roles
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments, preferably in biotech or pharma
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence in interacting with stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, and Zoom
- Project management experience or certification
- College degree strongly preferred
