What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Strategically manage complex calendars, prioritizing and blocking time to accommodate shifting priorities
  • Plan and oversee all domestic and international travel logistics for the CEO and board directors
  • Organize and maintain documentation for executive and board meetings, ensuring accessibility and compliance
  • Collaborate with various teams across locations to deliver consistent support for the Office of the CEO
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and protect executive time

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives in high-level roles
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments, preferably in biotech or pharma
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence in interacting with stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, and Zoom

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Project management experience or certification
  • College degree strongly preferred
