Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Finance Manager role located in St. Charles, MO. The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, manage budgets, and prepare accurate financial reports. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, forecasting, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and implementing financial strategies to support organizational goals. The Finance Manager will collaborate with various teams to optimize financial performance and provide insightful recommendations.

Qualifications

• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting
• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Leadership and communication skills to effectively guide and collaborate with teams
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel and ERP systems
• Proven organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (advanced degree or CPA designation is a plus)
• Experience in the insurance or risk management industry is a strong advantage
