The Administrative Assistant, North America Leadership provides high-level administrative support to select Vice Presidents within the Americas Executive team. Based at Tiffany & Co.’s corporate headquarters at 200 Fifth Avenue, this role is integral to the seamless operation of the leadership team, supporting a broad range of responsibilities including complex calendar management, travel coordination, expense processing, office administration, and meeting logistics.
The position works in close partnership with fellow Administrative Assistants and members of the Executive Committee, ensuring alignment, discretion, and operational excellence across the organization.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Administrative Assistant, North America Leadership provides high-level administrative support to select Vice Presidents within the Americas Executive team. Based at Tiffany & Co.’s corporate headquarters at 200 Fifth Avenue, this role is integral to the seamless operation of the leadership team, supporting a broad range of responsibilities including complex calendar management, travel coordination, expense processing, office administration, and meeting logistics.
The position works in close partnership with fellow Administrative Assistants and members of the Executive Committee, ensuring alignment, discretion, and operational excellence across the organization.
Key Accountabilities
Calendar Management
- Proactively manage and optimize complex, high-volume calendars, anticipating needs and resolving scheduling
- Maintain and oversee a master calendar incorporating leadership travel, key meetings, and departmental vacation
Travel Coordination
- Arrange comprehensive domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries and supporting documentation
- Process timely and accurate expense reports through our internal system
- Serve as a key liaison between executives, internal teams, and partners to ensure clear and effective
- Prepare, edit, and compile polished PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership and broader business meetings
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of meetings, interviews, and executive sessions, including conference room
- Organize, maintain, and manage confidential files and records for Vice Presidents
- Process invoices and expenses through Accounts Payable and ExpenseVisor systems
- Support ad hoc projects and special initiatives as required
- Manage mail distribution and coordinate shipments in partnership with the mailroom
- 5+ years of previous administrative assistant experience working with high level or multiple executives
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be discrete due to exposure of highly confidential information
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Must have excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Former retail environment experience is preferred
