Assistant Director of Technology Operations

A company is looking for an Assistant Director of Field Technology Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coach a geographically distributed team of technology specialists for effective technology support

Develop relationships with office leadership to address resource and programmatic needs

Collaborate on technology initiatives, providing field voice of customer and influencing support plans

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred

5-7 years of experience in technology support, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Proven track record of managing technology support teams and understanding IT infrastructure

Experience with technology support tools and platforms, such as ServiceNow

Relevant certifications such as ITIL or PMP preferred
