Director of Financial Planning

A company is looking for a Director of FP&A to lead financial planning and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

Own the company's annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial models

Develop and maintain financial models for revenue, headcount, and operating expenses

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reporting for the executive team and board

Qualifications

8-12+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or related roles in high-growth environments

Proven experience in company-wide planning and forecasting processes

Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Excel / Sheets

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Experience in venture-backed startups or growth-stage companies is preferred
